Here is a classic picture of "Hard Core" Garrett with a couple of his favorite birthday gifts. He used his birthday money to purchase a Nintendo DS and apparently through the eyes of a Storm Trooper it is even better!
Kara, it was fun to catch up on your blog. You and your boys all look great and happy. I sure do miss you here in Price, but things seem to be going well for you over there and I'm glad. I've been trying to find a new friend to do dinners with and such, but it's impossible. While I like the women around here, you are irreplaceable! Please keep in touch. Swing by some time while you are in Price and have a little time and we'll do dinner or something.
I recently got married to Derald Anderson and am excited to announce that the name of the blog needs to change from the 3 little monkeys to the 5 little monkeys! As you can see they are a beautiful bunch of kids. We are pleased to introduce our new family: Derald, Kara, Camryn, Garrett, Hallie, Clay, and Carson. I know I need to do a major update of this blog and provide more detail and hopefully I will get to that soon :)
Look at all that red hair! He was so tired he could even fall asleep in Chatter Box Garrett's arms! Notice though, he is covering his ears.....
Me after running 13.1 miles!
Thanks to my sister Melanie for completing two half marathons while I was pregnant with Carson, I had to try my hand it at as well. Here is me right after the Hobblecreek Half Marathon on 8/23/08. I completed it in 204:07. Which is not quite the 2 hour mark I was hoping for, but I did cut 5 minutes off my time since the first one I ran in April!
This is Sam Saunders, one of my employees that is serving in the military right now. Before he left he was stationed at the Fort Lewis Military Base in Washington and nominated me to take part in a "Bosslift" program. I was selected and got to spend 3 days touring the military base and particpating in an air to air refueling mission during the flight to WA. It was a great opportunity for me and I have a new found respect for our Countrymen! I also met great people that made me smile!
